Storm Water Drainage System Monitoring/Inspection

UNIVERSAL’s storm water system monitoring/inspection services include the preparation and submittal of all required documents and certification needed to comply with the State’s Water Management Districts’ permits.  The different storm water systems usually encountered include wet ponds, dry ponds and underdrain ponds.  Each type of  system has its own set of concerns and monitoring requirements. In order to properly prepare these documents, the following tasks will be performed by UNIVERSAL:

  • Site inspections of all ponds, control structures and other systems covered by the permit.
  • Photographic documentation of site conditions.
  • Historical permit and as-built plans  review.
  • Removal of silt, vegetation and other debris from the control structures and outlets.
  • Inspection and permit documents preparation and submittal.
